Lake Information

We thought this would be helpful for all you fisherpersons out there in answering some of those fishing questions. Of course, if you would like more information on each of these lakes, you can call us or click on the links to the Minnesota DNR website at the top of this page.

There are six different Portage Lakes in the area, Big Portage, Rice Portage, and Deep Portage are accessible with a boat via channels between the lakes. DNR does not have any information on Rice Portage (the middle lake).
